Hi baritone players in the cavies...I am Bryan and I have a quick question to tell my section at my high school...When marching backward do you go toe, ball, heel... or stay on the Balls of your feet? I just want to ask that because My section has a problem with that; aaother thing how much do your insterments weigh? My section is a bunch of weeklings when it comes to keeping the horn up! I have 5 new members in my section and I am the only returning player so I am teaching them "new things". We are 1 week into our marching season, and our first score was a woping 75.6. We go out on saturday hopefully to break 80.00 (that is good for the second week out). We do things different/we dont tend to break 90's in our class but we still win our class/division what ever you want to call it. Just want to know what you all are playing, and what to audition with.
another quick question Do you play on bass or tenor shank Marching Baritones?
