The reason you are "intimidated" by those names is because they represent corps which have been at the top for a long time. If the Hagleyville Marching Chipmunks had been winning DCI, you'd feel the same way. Pick a name that is reasonably short, not too hard to pronounce, and sounds good over a PA system.
