You know... Since we are talking about an "international" flare... How about Montreal? Since the Expos are spending a good part of their summers in Washington D.C. & Puerto Rico, I hear the stadium MIGHT be avaiable. Olympic Stadium! It has great accoustics. Haven't you ever heard the nat-sound of a game on tv or radio? It would be the perfect facility! ;)
