Hi everyone,I’m famous! (or something like that).
I thought I would share this with all of you to serve as a break from all the chaos and consternation of the drum corps world with debates on uniforms, rainouts and what-not!
In my other life (meaning when I am not perusing different websites at all hours of the day and night to see the latest scores and how good the corps is doing), I actually work for a living as a market analyst for a small company that is headquartered in Phoenix. I specialize in the Field Programmable Logic, Application Specific Integrated Circuit and Semiconductor Intellectual Property areas of the semiconductor industry.
In the course of doing my job and managing my career, I had the opportunity to shoot a video for a product announcement for Altera Corp. which they have placed on their website. I have to say I really enjoyed doing this – can Hollywood be far behind?
So, if all the guys I marched with or instructed way back when, want to see how well I have withstood the ravages of time, you can go to the following Internet address www.Altera.com, look to the left under What’s New and click on the first story. This takes you to a new screen. Look on the left again for Press Library and click on webcasts. This will take you to a screen where you can click on the video I made for Altera. It lasts for about 1 minute. In order to view the above webcast presentations, you must have either the free Real Player or free Windows Media Player installed on your system. They can be downloaded from the Altera site if necessary.
The actual address is listed below, but I believe Altera has this at a secure location so you have to be physically on their site before it will work.

Anyway, I thought this would be a good diversion for those of us that spend way too much time worrying about drum corps.
Go Go Green Machine!
