Yes, no, Yes.
Now the NO is in regards to a "list". People do sign up to sponsor young men to be Cavaliers, but as far as I know you do not have access to that info. The office takes care of that. There is info on this site for people who would like to sponsor Cavaliers available to assist them.
Also, you can find your own, be aware of what your financial needs are as to give a potential sponsor correct info. There is a site available that is:

Be careful of info you pass out about yourself publicly.
Then remember the responsibility of having someone sponsor you. This responsibility goes both ways and one of the keywords is respect.
