Art vs slight case of ADD

I've just watched this year's show in the only way I ever seem to watch these things - on video (kudos to Tom!). Thank you for never compromising your artistic integrity in order to 'play to the crowd'. Louder, faster, dumber....that's for people with no taste and a severely deficient attention span. That kind of art lacks substance. This stuff is timeless. What may fail to impress some today will be cause of much discussion in the future (just ask Mozart).
You all make it easy to be inexorably fanatic about this corps, so forgive the momentary blindness to all that is good (possibly even great) in the field of competition. I tire of people who complain about not having their faces brass-ed off by f'ing fortissimos, so consider this my entreaty that you continue to turn a deaf ear to such nonsense.
You are the best at what you do. Keep it that way.
