the first thing you need to do is fill out the membership questionairre on this website. Go to "information" and click on "becomeing a member". There is an online questionairre on there. Once you do that, the information will start coming to you. To order the audition packet, click on "Store"..."main store page"..."Miscellaneus"...then scroll down and find the packet for your instrument.
