I play euphonium professionally, and I love my yamaha YEP-642. It is a wonderful horn, free blowing, with a dark core to the sound. Also might want to check out the new YEP-842. It incredible.

By the way, I bought my yamaha LONG before I started teaching The Cavaliers, so that has no influence on my choice of euphs.
