Gale can tell you what you really need to do (have you gotten on the web online application - see INFORMATION at the top)....
what should you worry about?
BREATHING EXERCISES....we lost two or three guys on those last year in the first few hours...an ambulance even showed up....arghhhhh
ask Gale about that too....
