Friday, June 24th, 2011 - 11:35 AM
By Christopher Lugo

Every Friday, The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps will be featuring a Fan of the Week for our new Fan Fridays effort! Young, old, far and wide - our incredible fans are at the center why we do what we do! This week, let's meet Ethan Conrad!

1. Please state your name, age and hometown (and Twitter handle, if you have one).

    Ethan Conrad, 18, Jasper, Minnesota

2. How long have you been a Fan of The Cavaliers?

I've been a fan since 2005, when I was introduced to Drum Corps International (DCI).

3. What is your favorite Cavalier program and why?

Frameworks. It is perfection in every sense of the word. Great music, great drill. It is the ultimate show.

4. What music/show would you like to see The Cavaliers perform?

I would love to see a show using Fate of the Gods by Steven Reineke or Transylvania by Philip Feeney.

5. Are you making it to a drum corps show this summer? If so, which one(s)?

DCI Minnesota and the Sioux Falls Spectacular.

6. What do The Cavaliers mean to you?

The Cavaliers represent everything that is right with marching. Hard work, dedication and passion for music. Ever since I was a 7th grader, I knew I wanted to be part of the organization, and hopefully I will be in 2012.

Ethan - Thanks for letting us get to know you better during Fan Fridays!

CAVALIER NATION: If YOU would like to be featured on a future Fan Friday, look for a post on our official Facebook and Twitter fan pages!
