Every Friday, The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps will be featuring a Fan of the Week for our Fan Fridays effort! Young, old, far and wide - our incredible fans are at the center why we do what we do! This week, let's meet Tyler Adelman!
1. Please state your name, age and hometown (and Twitter handle, if you have one).
My name is Tyler Adelman - I am 16 years old and I live in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. My Twitter is @Tyler_Adelman
2. How long have you been a Fan of The Cavaliers?
I have been a fan of The Cavaliers for 4 strong years now.
3. What is your favorite Cavalier program and why?
My favorite program is '007' from 2004 because the music is very powerful yet intricate and I love the drill.
4. What music/show would you like to see The Cavaliers perform?
A show I would like to see The Cavaliers do would be a show based off of Robert Frost's poem, "The Road Not Taken". Knowing The Cavaliers, I know they would go above and beyond producing a show like that.
5. Are you making it to a drum corps show this summer? If so, which one(s)?
This summer I plan on making it to two competitions. DCI St. Louis, and Finals in Indiana.
6. What do The Cavaliers mean to you?
To me, The Cavaliers are an ensemble that strives for perfection that any marching musician should look up to. They are there to get the job done right and inspire and entertain the crowd. I hope one day I can march with them!
Tyler - Thanks for letting us get to know you just a little better during Fan Fridays!
