Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges and returns may be arranged for merchandise that is in new condition and has not been worn or for unopened media products. Defective media products may be replaced once we have inspected the item. We will not accept any literature, including technique books, for exchange or return. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the CPI staff. In the event that a refund is preferred rather than an exchange, the refund will not include the shipping & handling cost.

Shipping & Handling

Contiguous United States

Shipping and handling fees are as follows:

• $4.50 - purchases $1.00-$10.00
• $6.00 - purchases $11.00-$24.00
• $8.00 - purchases over $25.00

In-stock items generally ship within 2-3 business days. Orders of $25.00 or more are shipped via UPS Ground unless it is being shipped to a P.O. box. All other orders are shipped through the US Postal Service, either First Class or Priority Mail.

International Orders

Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order and country of destination. We are not able to ship to all countries. If you have a question regarding an international shipment, please contact us using one of the means in the contact information. Orders are sent via Air Mail Parcel Post. Time frames vary based on destination.
