Five requirements for membership in
The Cavaliers of Rosemont, IL

Talent - Your abilities on your instrument or equipment and your marching ability are significant factors. More important, however, is your development and your progress over a period of time. This is set and judged by our instructional staff.
Dues - Your financial responsibility to the corps. By adhering to the payment schedule, you can assure yourself of no financial hassles. Dues are based on length of your membership; dues decline the longer you remain with the corps. To receive dues information, send an e-mail message to our secretary at info@cavaliers.org. Limited sponsorships are available; ask for more information
Attendance - We expect you to attend most of the off-season rehearsals. Out-of-towners are expected to attend all camps. We are human and do realize that there are always conflicts. During the summer season, we expect you to plan everything around the corps. Once we begin competing, there are 128 performers depending on each other to be at every rehearsal and every performance. No one ever misses a performance with the exception of the death of an immediate family member.
Attitude - A positive approach to drum corps is all we have at the Cavaliers. Hard work and frustration certainly are part of the experience, but when everyone is willing to work as a team, we can overcome anything. Our philosophy is to be the best we can and have a good time. We accept people who will work at both of these.
Health - You must be physically capable of withstanding the rigorous requirements of rehearsals, performances and travel. We are always on the go. If you have any doubts about the physical requirements of the program, please call our office.
